Diagnosis

Mesoscutum metallic bluish-green with strong large meshed reticulation; scutellum elongate (1.2X as long as wide), with anterior one-half reticulate and posterior one-half smooth and shiny, golden-purple with green tinges; fore wing with infuscate pattern as in bimaculata; propodeum smooth and shiny.
